General Policy

At Page by Page Project, we ensure that every product is carefully checked before it is shipped to you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or other non-defect related reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items

We understand that issues can happen during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your item. Email us at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage.

Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost to you. In some cases, a refund may be issued instead if a replacement is not available.

Shipping Responsibility

For damaged or defective products, return shipping costs will be covered by us. We will provide instructions for returning the affected item if required.
